• TruPro (R3,599/month): Complete dealership stack — full TruFlow DMS, OTP deal jackets, live market price intelligence radar, all 8 standalone widgets, and Codat cloud accounting sync. Standard setup is R4,500, discounted to R2,250 if signed within 48 hours of a demo.
• TruEnterprise (R3,599/rooftop/month): Multi-branch dealer groups, custom white-label branding, dedicated API endpoints, custom SLA, and priority onboarding.

No. TruDealer operates entirely on a transparent month-to-month license. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice and zero cancellation penalties. Your vehicle data and inspection reports can be exported at any time in standard formats.

No per-seat fees on photo capture, workshop inspections, or floor staff usage. All your photographers, inspectors, and sales reps can use the platform on their own mobile devices without paying extra user licenses.

TruDealer includes unlimited, flat-fee make and model catalogue lookups (getModels) and complete vehicle technical specifications (getStaticInfo). Chargeable checks (TransUnion trade/retail valuations, Natis registration/police clearance, and insurance accident claim history) are bundle-gated and deduct from your dealership's pre-funded bundle balance.

Dealership admins can purchase valuation and history check bundles directly from TruFlow Premium. Bundles are managed in a central dealership ledger and accessible across all connected mobile apps (TruLens and TruInspect) seamlessly.

Yes. Dealerships that already hold direct TransUnion commercial accounts can input their own API credentials in Dealership Settings to route queries through their corporate billing.

Following TruDealer Moto, we are rolling out dedicated vertical skins for TruDealer Marine (boats & jetskis), TruDealer Commercial (heavy trucks & yellow metal), and TruDealer Caravans (campers & trailers).
