Widget captures the enquiry

A visitor fills out a TruForm on your website — their name, phone, and whatever they're interested in. The widget collects it in a clean, mobile-first interface that matches your brand colours.

Spam gets filtered

A hidden honeypot field and a timing check catch bots before they waste your time. Automated submissions see a fake success — real leads sail through.

Lead is sent to TruFlow

The widget fires a secure POST to your TruFlow instance with the visitor's details, the vehicle they're looking at, and their finance situation — all structured as clean JSON.

Lead gets scored and tagged

TruFlow assigns a digital score based on how much the visitor shared — finance details, trade-in info, location. Higher engagement means a warmer lead. Status is set to "New" with next action "First contact".

WhatsApp fallback built in

If the visitor taps the WhatsApp button, the widget opens a pre-filled message — and still files the lead into TruFlow in the background. You never lose the record.
